1. DONATIONS
All donations made to Shana Zolicoffer Ministries are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or clerical errors. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Refunds or exchanges for physical products may be considered under the following conditions:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet these criteria.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage. Upon review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. EVENT REGISTRATIONS
Event registrations, conferences, workshops, and seminars are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. If an event is canceled by Shana Zolicoffer Ministries, registrants may be offered:

If an event is postponed, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date unless otherwise specified.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS
All digital products, downloadable materials, and online resources are non-refundable once access has been granted, due to the nature of digital content.
6. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
7. PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restricted access to future purchases or services.
